Welcome back Cory!!!

Hey guys.. Cory.. coming back at you once again!! I have been MIA for a min, but I am BACK!!! A quick update since the last post:

  • Summer came and went, I gained a few pounds back from what I lost :(
  • I went to the doctor last week and since my last visit in Jan I lost 15lbs (stated on my chart) so I know I lost more but gain some back during the summer.
  • When I first started this blog I believe I was not ready... I had a friend who also started one and I felt like I should of too.. Big mistake!
  • Now I feel ready

Hopefully my followers who left will join me on my journey once again.. I feel this is going to be very interesting, exciting... YET! challenging!!

Today's food consist of

Breakfast:
3 pieces of Turkey Bacon, 2 Scrambled Eggs w/ American Cheese

Lunch:
N/A

Dinner:
1 piece of Tilapia (seasoned so damn good)
Garlic Spinach
1/2 cup of White Rice

Snacks:
String Cheese
Almonds
Wasabi Peas

Its about 12 something and I should be sleep. Im already in the bed, just not SLEEP. I have ot wake up at 6am for my morning walk. I love to walk either EARLY morning, before the sun is fully up or Early evening before the sun is fully down. So I SHOULD be sleep by now lol.

I do have a goal aka a date in which I would love to see me at 250lbs :D give or take a few. That date is July 18. Exactly 5 weeks!! I know I can do it.
I was at this seminar where the speaker said write down your goals EVERYDAY thing way u wont forget and it will be fresh in your mind, but to also write it in the order of importance; which may change day to day on the fact or how your are feeling. So I will do that. Also he stated that you should write in positive terms. Instead of writing "I will lose 30lbs by 7/18" write "I am 30lbs lighter on 7/18" (or something like that lol)

Ok ok.. I need to lay down. I was yap some more tomorrow :)
